About Society

Curiosus, the Quiz Society of Jesus and Mary College is one of the most popular and active societies of the college and aims to make quizzing everyone's niche in the liveliest and the most compelling form! Since its establishment in 2014, Curiosus has worked to foster a quizzing culture within the institution. The society has gained recognition for being one of the distinguished all-female teams in the Delhi University circuit. Curiosus’24 was a family of 59 members who worked in 5 teams, all of which are for the smooth functioning of the society.

In addition to regularly competing in quiz competitions, the society not only administers quizzes independently but also in collaboration with other societies for execution of intra and inter college quizzes. Quizzes are organised around a variety of themes to suit everyone's interests – be it entertainment, sports, literature, current affairs, geo-politics, etc. Additionally, the society is active on social media platforms, particularly Instagram, by regularly posting short quizzes, trivia, informational posts and fun reels. Our Annual Flagship Event "Quiztopia" has been successfully running since 2018 with a participant footfall of 1000+ students across different universities.
